dab63d5540 Refactor workflow and outboards 
- change "merge" option to "branches"
 - use first branch as base and merge rest
 - use "zmk" file instead of manifest
 - checkout to subdirectories
 - checkout zmk manually
 - use west just for zephyr
 - use absolute paths
 - handle simultaneous board and shield outboards
 - change outboard and directory names

- Change MIRYOKU_COMBO_TPS_ENABLE to MIRYOKU_KLUDGE_THUMBCOMBOS
- Change MIRYOKU_COMBO_TPSL to MIRYOKU_KLUDGE_THUMBCOMBOS_LEFT
- Change MIRYOKU_COMBO_TPSR to MIRYOKU_KLUDGE_THUMBCOMBOS_RIGHT
- Add support for MIRYOKU_LAYERS_FLIP
- Add missing buttons on Mouse and Button for mouse keys PR
- Add MIRYOKU_KLUDGE_THUMBCOMBOS_MACRO(layer, side, binding)
